If you’d like a refund (it has happened; back in1994, I think it was.) or an exchange, mail us the Hat* (you pay for this. Non-refundable. Fair?).
We’ll take a Hat back if it’s in pristine, resaleable condition. If it’s not, consider selling it to a worthy friend.
